ATI Tray Tools not letting TF2 luanch

Alright so basically, I want ATI Tray Tools so I can tweak my LOD settings and such, but if Tray Tools is open TF2 won't open at all. It just crashes or something with no error message.

its banned in esea don't use it. if its open no client-based games will launch so if you want to use it change the settings and close it
