Okay, so my computer busted itself yesterday and shut off unexpectedly. I didn't think anything of it and haven't since, as it only happened the once.

However, since then, TF2 won't stay open so I literally just can't play it. I managed to get a screenshot of what happens in the console before the game shuts itself off without warning

Any idea what's going on? I haven't got the slightest. I googled it but I haven't come across a solution either.

I re-installed without any configs and all that jazz, same thing kept happening.

EDIT: Another thing I notice when I manage to keep the game running long enough to see anything other than the start menu is that I don't have any items in my loadouts or backpack at all. I also can't seem to connect to steam through games like Portal 2, either.
