Projectiles and Doors lagging in competitive

So, starting yesterday, my projectiles have started to "lag" whenever I shoot a rocket, pipe, sticky, etc. the model of it will stay from where it was fired for a second then go forward, then it will become invisible, shortly later it appears again, with a delayed explosion.

This is only on a server running a config, after a ready up though. Pubs and my own listen server work perfectly fine. And it's fine before the ready up happens. The doors are lagged too, they don't move at all, and will finally get out of the way when they would normally be done moving.

I tried changing interp, and restarting my router. I was also sitting at 50-60 ping the entire time.

That really sounds like an interp problem. I know you said you changed it, but be sure that you haven't accidentally set it to something super high like "0.33" instead of "0.033"
