mine were going into my tf folder but when i did the file > revert to default settings and remapped the movie folder it seemed to work, check your tf file to see if they went there
My recordings seems to be going into the tf folder rather than my movie folder.
tf2 folder is - c:\program files (x86)\steam\SteamApps\common\Team Fortress 2\tf
movie folder is - C:\Users\may9\Desktop\lawena-stable-4.1.18\recordings
help :(

if you open console and type playdemo "name of demo" then it will play
otherwise type demoui, load then open the demo through the folders.
make sure the demo is somewhere in the tf folder directory
