There's plenty of community servers that have been alive for much longer than a week. Also, quick play is more geared towards newer players who are just starting the game and they want to jump right into the action. They may not know what different game modes there are or what maps play the best, they just want to test the waters and see what they like. That's what I personally did. I quick-played for about a week until I got about 3-4 maps and game modes I really liked and then used the server browser to quickly find the most populated servers.

CPU: i7-4790K overclocked to 4.5 GHz.
RAM: 8 GB. Corsair Vengeance, soon to be 16 GB.
GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 770 Reference Model (Great performance, but cooling sucks.)
FPS Config: Custom config generated using config.tf, high model and texture detail, no ragdolls, sprays, blood, gibs, and low particles.

Get about 180-200 on mids depending on the map, lowest I've seen dips in fights has been 160 or so.

Also, if you don't plan on overclocking, why buy a K-series Intel CPU? Just a waste of $10 or $20.

Really nice guy to be around in mumble and other games. He's a solid scout but can start to tilt if the game is going bad. Overall, a reliable and good guy.

Seriously fantastic gamer. Bobby is one of my favorite people to play video games with. Get this man a solid and stable team and he's gonna go far.
