I can say that with the attack interval of .8 seconds on the rocket launcher + the x 6 rockets + the two non-consecutive reloads (.92 each) bob would have a 6.64 second window of free opportunity to counter attack, in which, he could easily do:

sopsI smoked a few times and I could not understand why people would actually do it so I did not waste time and money getting addicted to it.
smoking "a few times" is different from smoking for a prolonged period of time
i have a friend that started smoking when he was 16 and he just recently got on the path to quitting so he uses a vape with no nicotine liquid in it, it's mainly there for the hand to hold and the brain to put to the lips to simulate smoking until all of the nicotine is flushed out of your system
i played the training mission on dustbowl and said fuck soldier as a class because aiming rockets with a controller felt like aids
i understand people that use vapes because they quit smoking/dipping or are in the process of quitting smoking/dipping
