discord is exactly what you're looking for if you want a modern irc. has persistent text channels, web or application based, voip if teams wish to use that (couple friends and I measured the latency to ~80 more than mumble which is minuscule for voip, nothing like in a game with constant input and is not going to be the reason you drop uber)
KairuShould probably include region too, or maybe just have different channels for different regions?
because you can have as many text channels as you want, no reason not to. "Europe Scrims" "NA Scrims"
gdhandgame can be fun if you're not playing vs retards actually
still has to be expanded and refined upon but there's something there
netcode issues making the game feel wonky at times...try tracking a target flying through the air to see this
game doesn't have lag compensation so you need to lead your targets (even with the hitscan LG) based on your ping.
reflex lg
it's like quake except better
alternatively there's this csgo map once you disable spread/recoil.
with how easy zaryas ultimate is to land and the crazy long duration, I can't see her not being in every team oriented composition.
any sort of "is this guy hacking" thread on reddit i've learned to instantly distrust.
https://www.reddit.com/r/battlefield_4/comments/2igkcp/human_aimbot_or_just_an_aimbot_fairfightdark/
if you trust the average reddit user, you might as well go in a 24/7 2fort pub for more opinions on hackers.
-protomy coworker always talks to me about tf2 (he doesn't know I play) and brags about his 700 hours in the game and how good he is at demoknight. little does he know he's talking to someone with 6k hours that is much better than him at the game hahaha. I think I'm gonna tell him soon
sophomore year in my computer programming class they were playing 1.5 or 1.6 and this really obnoxious classmate (who was better than everyone else slightly) was using the awp and shit talking like mad each round. i was playing a flash game with a friend but I decided to load it up and absolutely wrecked him with the scout. every round I knew where he was going to go because ez pub movement/prediction, so I killed him then purposely died to everybody else.
after a few rounds he looked at my name, stood up and walked by every computer looking for it, whatever dumb name I used. i just alt tabbed, hid the taskbar and got back into the flash game with my friend. he was pretty upset.
deetrtons of people I know think they play a lot of TF2 when they have 300-400 hours on record
yeah after playing other games i've realized that people think they've "played a game soooo long" while they're just approaching 1000 hours or something, makes me feel nerdy as fk :'(
it's like, nigga i almost got 800 in arma 3 alone as my "eh there's nothing else to play but I still really enjoy this game" game.
BLoodSireAgents of Shield
just note with this you will have to power through something like 12 or 13 episodes of buildup, filler and only decent episodes until it begins to get good (it isn't instant... it tapers in) when they start tying the show with Captain America The Winter Soldier, from that point I think it's a good show, great even if you're a big Marvel fan.
• Wet Hot American Summer (2015) is good if you like outrageous comedy from a show that doesn't take itself serious, I'd suggest watching the movie first as there are references.
• Spartacus is awesome as well. fair warning there is a lot of slow motion killing/blood and a ton of nudity
• Daredevil of course, takes a liiiiiittle bit to build up, but once it does it's really good.
• Bloodline
• Scrubs for quick ~25 minutes of good comedy, similar to Futurama.
• Ascension had a good start until... well, the weird thing happened and it became less good. i'd still give it a watch if you're into scifi though.
I remember testing the command that makes everything look blocky (I can't remember the name) and determining it makes no difference whatsoever for FPS, although I have never been GPU bound in tf2 which is really the only possible way I could see it benefiting fps.
ComangliaA bit unrelated, but this reminded my of a BF4 frag video I saw.

Dude has some horrifyingly impressive twitch aim.
it looks like he has a really high sens so when he actually lands the flicks it looks more impressive, but I bet he isn't nearly as consistent as somebody with low sens. also those team comms sound like cancer, jesus.
edit jk he says it's about 8.5 per 360 which is only fairly high.
ayyy motar2k
owlturtsmcgurtsfeel like itd be a bit unfair, the t's would just 2v1, 2v0, or 2v2 (if the CT's try to do the same) either objective. favors T no matter how you look at it.
He changed the maps to aim maps bro
Looking forward to this, as soon as I find out which idiot friend I can get to play with me I'll be signing up
cool. the main post still listed the generic CS maps when I posted, I probably didn't pay attention or even notice the other post (if it even listed the aim_ maps originally, I don't think it did either)

flamealso i like how you people are arguing over a "lag script"
theres literally 2-3 commands in the game that can force you to stutter, its nothing complex or 'scripted'
nah man he invented all of them, despite the fact they were being abused around the time ctf_bball was first released in, what, 2008 2009?
