I just was looking through my config and realized I had no fps max. Hopefully this helps.
EDIT: Cowmanglia's cfg and an fps max really helped me. Thanks JarateKing.

If by hammer textures you mean fullbright, that used to be achievable with Clean TF2 but as of a long time ago, it broke in sv_pure.
May sound like a dumb question, but does that work on ESEA servers?

So my computer is slowing down and I already have Chris's Max Frames config and it still isn't enough to get my frames high enough to be playable (anyone on my team can attest to that). Does anyone have stronger graphics config, like one of the ones that has hammer textures?
I appreciate any help.
EDIT: The main problem is that when I die, it takes a very long time for the game to render everything and causes stuttering.

ETF2L and ESEA are two different leagues, you can play both. For example Thaigrr is playing in ESEA Intermediate this season.
Also, AMS on scout and Sero returns to the game? So many weird changeups in EU.
I know. I'm just getting at the fact that it is an even bigger time commitment, but Nursey told me in another thread that it is not a big time commitment as they only scrimmed twice a week.

I did tech up until my High School's play this semester when I decided to audition and somehow made it in over people who were around much longer than me in theatre. It's even better as it's A Few Good Men, which is my favorite play.
