When I posted my comment I was unaware he was casting it on his channel. I thought you were making a passive-aggressive comment, sorry about that.
As far as b4nny also streaming the match; I find it disrespectful, but he's allowed to do whatever he wants on his stream.

I was the guy rotting away during the quickfix LAN.
Getawhale is kind of throwing punches but I think it's mostly due to how often it seems the community overshadows more active members of the TFTV staff such as mathsad, davidthewin, and all of the current producers and casters. While LANs are vital and absolutely amazing, the online casts are what help keep people in the know between those big events. There's not much shine for the time spent on online production, but as someone who did it for years, I know how much they care about the game.

My only complaint about the entire season was dividing the last episode between two weeks. Part 1 did not hold up at all on it's own and it would have been nice to watch them back to back as originally planned. I hope Rami Malek's Emmy win gets more people to watch the show.

There's a bit of confusion between which match is being casted tonight. It'll be this one or this one. Either way the broadcast will be live at 11pm est. I'll edit my post to clarify when everything is figured out.

Unfortunately, he will not be attending. Last year he tried his best to make it out to the event, but a qualifier for a major popped up.

It would be nice, but he has disconnected himself from the TF2 community. While all of us still love the guy, he has moved on.

If something pops up throughout the season that proves to hinder the integrity of the game, will it be subject to ban? I think there is a high chance that one or two more unlocks will raise red flags within the next few weeks. It would be a shame if teams had to deal with whatever it is for the rest of the season.

It was an edit that was out of context.
SideshowThe wider context of that quote was that this will be the last time we play with 'our' historic version of 6s. Over a year after MM, at i61, I cannot see any way we're playing without a lot of game-changing weapons or alternate class limits - this is likely to be either our last 'classic 6s' LAN or our last competitive LAN. It's also the last LAN we'll see a lot of the players and talent at but that was not my original point when doing the interview.
