I think shrugger is as if not more popular than starkie, and starkie is in second place
Stark is more popular among euros which is where most his votes came from I assume.
TholeI think Shrugger's dm might have been above Starkies at their prime, but Stark probably wins because of his offclass shenanigans. I was extremely impressed with Stark and Zebbosai at i55, but I don't think many others were.
This is strictly about who's the best scout though - and Shrugger had incredible movement along with incredible aim which not all scouts have.

It's pretty nice, Nyx is annoying because she has high mobility and a free no effort get out of jail card by clicking F, then theres the tanky runny dude that can just take all the rails in the world and not die, then charge at people....

Burning is a faster pain that goes away faster, I guess freezing hurts for longer?
