help with the masterconfig

I changed comanglia cfg to masterconfig and now I have this:

As you can see, on masterconfig players models are a bit darker now. Some parts of the map are also darker, like these containers on the left side. I have no idea what is this, probably something with shadows or lighting. Any ways to fix this? Any console commands?
