Yo, so myself and the ~brothers Campbell~ have decided to band together to make a team with the goal of winning main and moving onto invite next season. We're looking for very strong players who are dedicated to improving and ready to learn.

Current roster:

Medic- Nosferatu
Pocket- Swarth
Roamer- ???
Demo- me
Scout- ???
Scout ???

This team is very much a tentative thing, as we only have 3 members and registration ends so soon, so if we can find good people asap that would be awesome! If not we'll prolly just dissolve, but no worries, shit happens.

We were going to just try to talk to people over steam to get recruits, but that strategy has proven to be fairly difficult, so here we are in public.

If we get the exact right mix of players I'd consider making a stab at invite, but that's most likely not going to happen of course.

We'll prolly play 3-4 days a week, from like 9 est to 11:30 or 12 est.

no one uses ventrilo anymore from what ive seen, in some games ts and mumble are split and in others I think its more of one than the other

tf2 is a mumble-centric game tbh

the only rules I see are these:

"For divisions above Open, excluding Invite, for a team's spot to be maintained between seasons, a team must have 2 players who participated during the prior season (through playing a match) on the roster at the close of registration. Failure to do so will result in a demotion to Open.
For divisions above Open, excluding Invite, for a team's spot to be maintained once the regular season begins, a team must use 2 players per match who participated during the prior season (through playing a match) in 3 out of the first 4 matches played (i.e. not including forfeits) of the season. Failure to do so will result in the team being removed from the League and any matches played after the 4 match probation period will be overturned."

so EVEN IF I have 2 people play for 3 of the first 4 games, an admin can subjectively determine that I am "roster hijacking", and that I should be being super nice to that guy as a result???

when my team turns out to be clearly good enough, hopefully you will not deny me the roster over petty bullshit
