indecencyphraxsmurfing in cs is attractive because you can solo stomp the enemy team and it's fun to feel powerfulgl going against 1 or 2 invite scouts if ur team is like silver
tf2 smurfing may be a problem but I doubt it because it's more fun to play with players at/above your level than below and it's much more difficult to hard carry a team
i doubt anyone at invite/prem level will be wasting time with smurfing against randoms who have never touched the game before. you dont hear about top tier csgo players smurfing in matchmaking, why would high level tf2 players be any different
