Nah i meant that killing/kalkin can basically put whoever they want into invite. Why not hold an unofficial match/tournament and the winner gets put in and we forget the poll. Yeah it kind of sucks for people who paid to vote but i'd rather have the team that deserves to be in invite get in.

Zimmy2sy_morphiendHonestly, it's mostly because of the fans around here. Personally, I've been playing hockey since I was four years old. No one really cared about hockey (at all) until after the Hawks won the Cup back in 2010. After that it was "OMG I LOVE HOCKEY" around here and it got really annoying really fast.ZimmyIm from Illinois, and I hate the Blackhawks. I like the Blues, but theres no way they win, so I'm going with Anaheim.

Nobody cared about hockey in Chicago cause until i think 07-08 Season, there were 0 blackhawk games on tv. The old owner was crazy and didnt want any games to be on TV. Once he died and his son took over, fans were actually able to watch their team. This also coincided with toews/kane being drafted.
The year before chicago won was the first year with all 82 games on TV. A lot of people didn't really care before because they couldn't.

easier to direct people to 1 site(teamfortress.tv). If you put all this on a different site, eventually you will have to link people to tf.tv for streams and events and casts. easier to have it all on the same site.

A lot of these ideas are great but they're just ideas. Go out do what you're suggesting instead of waiting for somebody else to do it.
truth is most people are pretty lazy. it's easy to come up with ideas. much harder to actually do something with those ideas.
