please fix the issue where after pugging, your alias on discord changes to a random person in the pug globally for a few minutes.

makes me extremely wary of the security of whatever is happening with user data, and im sick of having to explain what's happening to people who don't play the game

yes, it's definitely worth seeing how different gpit would play out today, we honestly have no idea. even besides the avg skill being 10x higher than back then, scout speed really does change a lot

the assumption that offclassing will somehow be more annoying in these gamemodes seems a little silly to me as well... take the banny gun on snake for instance - is that really easier to deal with than a gun sitting behind b or whatever? we don't even know if engi or sniper would be meta as rotation could be more important

nobody really tries them, but most of the payload maps are prolly too big

i thought it was pretty obvious i was referring to the fact that pugs are literally twice as active when he adds up, a lot of these posts talk about how he's actively killing pugs which just shows a complete lack of experience

i definitely understand what you mean, and it's not like I always enjoy playing with or against him - but you cant deny people are literally adding up until 7am, with b pugs going until 3am most nights when he plays

most people can just laugh at his frustration and move on

i get 0 input lag and perfect performance on debian 11, marginally better than windows. you need the nonfree repo for nvidia drivers if you don't have it already

however xinput makes aiming consistently impossible because of some weird acceleration - I couldn't even disable it after disabling desktop accel manually. ended up giving up on it

as a last resort you could try wayland instead of xorg
