What I don't understand is how Valve can nerf the poor black guy that was never really 'op' in my eyes considering his 1 v 1 situation, but then not nerf the op white guy who kills off everyone.

Demo was absolutely too strong before. The only reason he was even remotely balanced is just because scouts kill everything.
Also wtf do you even mean by white guy, theres like 7 different white characters.
