as mentioned by others, the game mechanics are simple, it does not take much time to understand them, another problem is rather to learn to play as a team, the main call and other things, but I can only learn by playing in competitive, as in the community server nobody plays "team"

I read some guides that you have posted and I found it very useful, however , I started looking for a team of my nationality ( for not having language problems ) and after a little research I found it. for now there is nothing challenging but I will start to play TF2 like I always wanted.

i like to play Engie (also Heavy or soldier a little bit) so for the first time i play competitive, i will play highlander!

Hey, hi all. I'm new of the forum, i joined because i want some information about competitive "world" of TF2. I started playing tf2 recently, so some of you may say i must play in community server for fun before starting a competitive way. Yes, but i love the competitive side of the game, i love the cooperation between team and i find the competitive funniest compared to the for fun match.
So i want to try enter a team and start plaing competitive, but there's some problem, i don't know how it works. i've tried to connect my steam account to ETF2L, i'm in the site logged in and i'm trying to insert a new recruitment post, but there's a lot of Skill Level like: Prem, High/Prem, Mid, Mid/High, Open, Open/Mid. and i don't know in which skill level insert my recuitment post.
for the truth i know nothing about the competitive in TF2 (except type of match, of little less readed in some guide on internet) I would be happy if you help me to better understand how TF2 competitive works.
