you must realize that no external force has the ability to make you feel a certain way. only you can do that. we are trapped in a flesh and blood body, you are unable to experience anything that happens outside of your head. everything you think, perceive, touch, feel or experience is nothing more than electrical and chemical signals squirting/flowing around in your brain. some of these are automatically translated; you don't have to learn to be able to see, you just see. others require you to interpret them; when someone is speaking you hear a bunch of words but they mean nothing until you've learned to understand their language.
now back to your situation, understand that every time you get rolled YOU are the one deciding to become a pissy bitch because at one point you "learned" it's acceptable or that you're supposed to act like a pissy bitch whenever you get rolled. your teammates do not control your mindset or actions, neither do your opponents. neither your situation or environment. it's YOU. so next time you get rolled make a conscious effort to not act like a pissy bitch. let go.
can we be calm and collected even in the face of major adversity? certainly it would take a great deal of practice to get to the point where even the most damaging or grievous losses would not disturb us. but every step in that direction will make those occasions fewer and farther in between.

after i mastered pubs i read this back when it was on commft but i was too stupid to figure out how to work irc to get on pug.na so i continued to pub until tf2lobby came out. then i played 700 lobbies and made an open playoff team with some guys from tf2lobby.
