remedyforcing someone to play a class they dont want to play is one of the worst things you can do for playoffs, if you actually think the team will be "the best it can be" when one of your players isnt enjoying playing you're silly. stop being silly.
I'd just like to point out how garbage of a post this is. Everyone who upvoted this should be embarrassed. Nobody on the team wants to medic. If person A does not want to play medic, guess what? You'd have to "force" someone else to play medic. Such a stupid silly argument.

if a demo who has mained it for like 3 years and gets out damaged by a demo using loose cannon and targe he shouldn't be put under the category of "good"
If you think PUG statistics are an accurate representation of a player's quality then you have the mentality of a UGC-iron player.
Here's something i've prepared that was meant to be shared with the team but I will post it here to shed some light on the situation:
i want this session to be as therapeutic as possible so please be as raw and as genuine as you can because that's when true healing can begin. I have never explicitly said this because I understand ques is a sensitive guy but now I feel it's necessary to point out the elephant in the room. ques is a medic main who thinks watching demos and streams can EVER be equivalent to raw experience. the fact that he thinks his demo is anywhere near as good as rex's demo is astounding. ques' "passive" style is a manifestation of an infant in the fetal position; he is unfit, scared and confused about the world... so he assumes the fetal position. ques' has attempted to hide his incompetence behind the illusion that he simply has a "passive" style... but anybody with a clue can see right through it.
now that's out of the way... it is in our best interest to create the roster that is most powerful. it is detrimental to the team to have ques on a non-medic class; rex has more demo experience than ques. i have more roamer experience than ques and ques has more experience than both of us on medic. also I’d like to note that rex and okie have proved to be a solid demo pocket combo by winning open s13. the answer is clear and logical; if we want to be the best team we can be rex must play demo, i must roam and ques must medic.
now ques' will combat this by saying we need hooli on medic so he can maincall just like pey did with our old team because that's what's been working. he says that as if rex is incapable of maincalling. 2nd i want to make it clear playoffs are nothing like the regular season, every team is going to be sharpening their blades and if we don't do the same we're going to have a bad time. now here's the key; it's crucial to have people playing the classes that they're best at rather than play with an inferior class composition so that hooli can maincall. if you've played this game long enough you'd understand that the more people understand their own class and how to play the game, the less demand there is for a maincaller.
at this point it is crystal clear what ques' true intentions are. through chatlogs i find that he has thought about cutting devon and myself and putting exco, someone with zero league experience, in my place because he thinks that team might still be able beat sharknado while allowing him to not medic. that clearly shows that he doesn't care about the team or competition. all he cares about is keeping the team alive long enough to secure himself a main roster... i also find that ques ALREADY has plans to use the roster to make a team with nja and mustardoverlord so it is in HIS best interest to beat sharknado and nothing more. ques' is so egotistical he is willing to sacrifice our most powerful roster, competition and the prize money just so that he doesn't have to play fucking medic. absolutely selfish. worst part of all ques has convinced himself that he is the victim and that i am the monster.
After I prepared this ques agreed to play medic if, and only if, we play whenever he wants to play.

The next scrim day ques makes it clear that he is no longer trying, he was purposely fucking around on medic trying to melee people half the time. I play for the competition and the team has become a fruitless endeavor; devon, okie and I no longer wish to continue playing. Ques has shown he only wants to try hard enough to secure himself a main roster. Playing any longer will only be doing Ques a favor. Ques is a manipulative, narcissistic human being who likes to twist tongues and I would advise to take his words with a grain of salt.

whenever their med spawns or fades hit tab and look at the server time and add 20 to the seconds. they will have uber the next time there are that many seconds.
ex.
med spawns at 10:32
32+20=52
the med will have uber at 9:52 the soonest
for the 50's just replace 5 with 1
for the 40's just remove the 4
also kritz takes 32 seconds
has much to learn, should definitely play in open.
