played it for a bit, but idk, the game feels really slow and boring for the first half of a match, so i lost interest quite quickly.
perhaps raising the playercount or making the map smaller could fix it
nuthouseprobably not the reason but i'll still mention it just in case you have valorant but vanguard, the game's anticheat, causes this as well.
after installing Valorant and Vanguard, it completely fucked my Windows install. Deleted all registry entries for Windows Defender and Windows Update, had to reinstall.
And no, before anyone says it was a virus, I built the PC 20mins before that happened and Valorant was the first thing I installed.
Be wary of Vanguard.

Would like to add to this.
If your RAM isn't on the QVL list, check with the RAM manufacturer. When I built my PC I stressed too much about my RAM not being on the list and after too much headache, ended up going with a kit that was verified on the RAM manufacturer's website and not on the MOBO QVL. Works perfectly fine, XMP and all that works aswell.
