Alright, I havent played tf2 in about 3 months now. I Just tried to play tf2 and it puts up the loading screen then instantly crashes. I checked the tf folders and all this new shit is in it now. Downloads, new cfgs, my mind is going "what the fuck is going on?" So, can someone help about the crashing and/or explain all the new shit that has been added is.

If my inference is correct, I believe that you are fairly new to the 6s scene. If you base your 6s knowledge off of lobbies, I recommend that you try newbie mixes. These will help you with your game sense and your overall knowledge of the game. If you feel ready to pug, I recommend trying #tf2mix, not #pug.na. This is because mix is a lot friendlier to the new players, and you have a MUCH higher chance of getting picked to play. I also think you should keep in mind, that pug.na usually just picks the same people over and over again, dont let getting fat kidded ruin your confidence.

yes. When I try using ethernet, I always time out of all of my matches.
Recently I have been having 200+ ping spikes. They happen for as long as 10 min. When it drops back down, it goes back up in 3 seconds. I have no idea why this is happening, I have not gotten any new updates or specs. Anyone know what is going on, or how to fix it?
