ShooshBtw some of the rules are pretty subjective and you're bound to run into issues.
I agree 1.4 and 3.1 have an element of subjectivity. The motivation with 1.4 was to try and stop obviously "troll" pugs where good players get fatkidded to make a B pug, as has happened a couple of times. It shouldn't be pushed too harshly with minor things like "I think this player is better but you didn't pick him", if it is feel free to let me know or appeal.
I suppose 3.1 is along the lines of the old rule "Don't insert yourself into higher skill pugs through captain or sub", I will think about how to more clearly define that. In my mind a "prem" pug has a majority active prem players, but I will try to make that more clear.
Appeals are one per ban, thanks for pointing that out, I've updated the wording.
On a general note, if anyone wants to make any suggestions for rules they think could be different, do feel free to discuss it with me on on steam/discord/mumble, or make a post here, I'm very much open to hearing your opinions!

Jay is no longer going to be attending Copenhagen so this fundraiser is not needed any more.
