It's the spy HUD. I take my pictures without viewmodels because I think it's the most sensible way to play. Unless you have the short term memory of a gold fish, forget that you have gunboats and not shotgun or are incapable of keeping track of your ammo you'll know what you pressed and the weapon will be equipped accordingly. It's not allways apparent what is shown, but it gives a better feeling of the degree of visibility through the HUD.
