Around 6'4 in human form but can grow up to heights of 9'0 when his ELO ascends.
Since his departure for Overwatch, he's been on a significant decline, currently at around 6'1. The longer he stays away from Team Fortress 2 My Gaming Edge, the smaller he gets. He could be sitting in the low end of the 5' range next year.
This also applies to his strength level.
Trivia
It is said that after 100 years of separation from My Gaming Edge, his body condenses small enough to create a black hole, consuming life as we know it.
