they don't last that long, the build quality is cheap and the sound is very mediocre. your price range isn't bad since you're cutting off at $100. you can definitely get studio/home entertainment headphones like sennheiser, AKG etc. also a mod mic (clip on, desktop mic etc) are all great options

it's gonna be the flavor of the month once it comes out, i'm sure a good amount of people will buy it, stream it etc but it wont last. everyone will shift focus back to the game they mainly play in a really short period of time
