If you somehow apply network commands to specific clients and not the server I seem to recall some weird stuff happens, but I don't think you can apply host_timescale to one player unless you use some sort of plugin that does the same thing.

How can I do surf maps offline? Don't you need to access a hidden cvar which you can't change from the console.

My internet has been shitting out quite a bit lately, so I am looking for tips on how I can try to get better without being connected to the internet. I mean custom maps, custom modes, anything that you think can help. I don't expect to improve gamesense without actually playing games so thus far I've been doing a lot of tr_aim_training_b13 and tr_arena_rc1 to work on DM. Any tips are appreciated.
