My first interaction with Viking was on the first match of UGC highlander (whatever season it's in right now). In the first half of Borneo, we got rolled completely and he rage quit and left. Minion and I tried to ask him to come back, but he refused and so we had to play a 8v9 for the second half (I was already ringing and they denied any other ringers). After that, he left the team, hopped around different rosters, and kept asking if he can come back. I think Minion did give him a chance and he did something similar... :/
But outside of games, I've learned that he's kind and is going through a lot of things irl. I don't know why Viking does a whole 180° with his attitude when he's in game. Also, when people tries to give him advice or critiques the way he is, he becomes very defensive as you can see with his response to Foster. If he can act the way he does outside of matches/scrims, he'd actually be a pretty sweet teammate who's dedicated to the game and wants to improve.
A_Vikingwhat do you think i've been doing?
If you can just calm down a bit more in games (don't rage quit and/or get defensive and verbally attack others), I'm sure you can become a great player. If you really are trying to fix your attitude, when someone points out something about you, you have to accept it as you did cause troubles to others with it. I also believe your DM needs improvements, but everyone has a starting point and you should be getting better soon with a positive approach.
