if that doesnt work, i would fully uninstall your game, delete all files and steam cloud and then reinstall and see if that fixes it

a cheap pair of iems might be a good starting point

the Moondrop CHU II are 20 bucks on amazon, they have decent sound quality and i havent heard any complaints about comfortability

they are wired but if you really like them, a decent iem bluetooth conversion kit is like 30 bucks

it makes life meaningful, to worry about it outside of the context of not destroying your body is in my mind completely illogical because youre just gonna make yourself miserable waiting.
