In csgo recording clips and making smooths is quite easy compared to tf2, there are commands such as mirv_campath add or mirv_streams that allow you to make cinematics or record different layers super quickly.

This might sound like a very stupid and obvious question: I was wondering if these commands were implemented by Valve or by the users?

Maybe also slapping a small tf tv icon with link on youtube videos might work
