Even if everything they say is retarded and you hate everyone there, you think the 12 steps is dumb whatever, even having any connection with people in that community will help you stay sober. Did changing the refresh rates fix it for you? I checked my refresh rates and both were set to 60, but when I changed mine to 75 and 60 it stopped happening for a little bit.

It's Definitely the drivers. I have the same issue and if you leave it be like that for a long period of time and it crashes, it will have an error having to do with drivers crashing. It also happens to me only when using two monitors and on the second monitor. I have an HD 7770 Radeon card if anyone else has that problem with this card or his.

Edit: Also it probably doesn't have anything to do with the monitors as I have a different monitor, and if you were to unplug the monitor with this problem while it's acting up, the other monitor will do the same thing.

Edit 2: One more thing that points to shit drivers is that this doesn't happen when I browse on linux which has different drivers (even though amd linux drivers are shit atm)

I don't know too much about sentencing here, but that does seem pretty harsh. I have a family member who committed grand larceny twice, and got no jail time. It probably depends on the state and how this was a federal offence, but usually the sentencing to the under raged is much less severe than if they were adults.

Edit: While the article is fake, pling still asked a valid question about american prison sentences, and I gave him my limited knowledge/experience there.
