gemmlimiting the last med from changing classes and some system to ensure a med 100% of the time (volunteer on add up & enforce one volunteer for parties of 4 or more?)
class limits dont matter imo, like you can have 4 demos and two meds and get none of the benefits of that much choke control because of constant pushing
placement matches dont matter, just cover your rank for 10 games if you care cause that's pretty much all they do
however a proper elo system does matter, seriously what proper ranking system starts you off at the very bottom
non-op aids unlocks should be fixed, mainly quick-fix is pretty powerful just because of the build speed and the fact that buffs dont matter much because no-one manages them well, likewise stuff like critacola is crazy good at lower dm levels
Graphical restrictions are necessary to some extent aswell

A lot of his plays didn't seem to have anywhere near the same structure and cohesiom as other lans he played.some issues had to do with team cohesion, ex: b4nny and alle ubered into process last and split targets, their opponents sentry never went down and ended up failing the push
Looking at the small details instead of just accepting that he lost a lan to an invite tf2 god
