If you're looking for a mentor that's fine. Allbeit your post title and the wording of the post itself are confusing but whatever. However if you are looking for someone to mentor then I must object. Someone with under 600 hours in this game, and one who is in iron at that should not be mentoring someone. Get more time in 6v6, learn more about the game yourself and then maybe think about mentoring someone.

maybe a profile link, some background of what teams you've been with and such would help.

Basically it means you don't need to have the weapon out to reload it. You can shoot, switch to another weapon and then bring it out again and it will have another clip.

I have a little question about this league. Why is there a single open division? I guess the answer is obvious in a way (not enough publicity / players and teams that want to play) but do you think if you eventually grew into a league with say 2/5 the teams as UGC 6s would you branch out more divisions?

I'd say demoman is the class I see the least amount of LFT threads for. I could be wrong but I would say demo is your best bet. But play what you enjoy/think you'll be good at.
