Thank you for the kind post samiface,
Every week, Kevin, Myself, the other admins, and some dedicated newbie mixers do our best to get coaches, but it is true that at times it can be hard convincing high level coaches to spend their Friday nights at newbie mixes.
We are currently offering rewards for coaches who have IM or higher experience (as stated in this post by Kevin: http://www.teamfortress.tv/27592/newbie-mix-coaching-incentives), which may help the supply. I truly thank the bunch of you that come out every week to coach, along with the dedicated newbies who come out to play every week.
