SideshowThalashFriendly reminder that some of the organisers of this event have since bailed on TF2 and now have no reason to chase any of this up.
There was only one admin for this event and I have been chasing Plantronics since the tournament ended, emailing them repeatedly and ringing the contact. As I've said multiple times I don't know why they'd disappear into the night as a large company with a reputation, but I do not physically have the money and cannot force them to pay. I don't appreciate you making it seem like I've simply not bothered to contact Plantronics or worse taken the money. The Sweetstakes money is still with geel, I never asked him to pay it out individually because we were waiting for the full amount that we could pay out to teams, and I hadn't given up getting it from Plantronics.
If Plantronics is holding you back from paying the remaining $2000, I think it's about time you give up on them and start getting in contact with Geel.
As for me making it seem like you didn't chase it up, I know you have but I haven't been updated about the situation for months, and since then you've moved away from TF2. and like Stark said, whenever anyone would ask you in your stream the answer was always "waiting for plantronics xD".

Why do you guys think that it's your job to provide information to Valve about these weapons? This is mainly towards ETF2L because that's the league I play in, but why are you choosing to fuck over the players who are currently playing in this season which you've basically named a "garbage season" before it's even started.with your dumb ass decisions. Fuck sake, ETF2L & ESEA don't even run the same ruleset, maybe you should work that out first.
Atleast talk to your players before making such a huge fucking change.
-Atomizer will be run by every flank scout, combo scout will still be forced onto boston basher because of arrow-building and generally it's just more effective to have a scout build over a soldier.
-Cow Mangler is literally broken, the rockets are nearly impossible to see, plus you can barely fucking tell what the radius on the splash will be, "- because of the rockets being nearly impossible to see", it's a direct upgrade to the stock rocket launcher, and it takes ammo out of the game for soldiers which is also super fucking questionable. On top of that let's just fucking spectate a cartoon shooter with soldiers running around shooting lasers.
-Rescue Ranger makes no fucking sense
-Loch & Load is probably not worth running so I'm actually okay with that.
-Jarate is a direct upgrade to the sniper, it just boosts your team dpm, and if you ever end up in a situation where you need to use the smg you've fucked up anyway.
No point going through all of the weapons since it doesn't fucking matter because it seems like the majority of people who were involved in this disaster are probably not gonna do anything about it anyway. But atleast be consistant with your bullshit, why do you ban the Sydney Sleeper but allow the Jarate? THEY DO THE SAME THING.
