meyyon a real note can we get a captain elo reset?
if insom and milan are both added on captain without fail both of them get it and make the pug super not fun
I hate to talk shit about insom because he's a great guy to play with and has been very friendly and supportive, but I can definitely agree with this point. He's even picked me (a guy with 20 pugs) over an Intermediate Medic before. I don't want to read into his motivations for doing so, but the most important role of the captain has to be to create a balanced pug.

I played with Rainn when I was first starting out, and what really struck me back then was how chill he was. Never tilted, and even when he had a problem with someone else on the team you wouldn't know it because he wouldn't let it impact his or the team's performance. In terms of DM, his record speaks for itself. Solid pickup for any team, his sniper alone will win you a few rounds on Product.
