Tbh, actually learning to play scout himself helps.
Seltzerplay scout
You learn to aim quickly. Playing as scout against other scouts makes it easier to hit scouts, once you return to solly with his slower movement speed.
Just because you play mge for hours on end, never guarantees that you will just become a dm god. Likewise, playing too little mge will give you somewhat a disadvantage. I would say play a few games here and there, and don't get too excessive. I can't recommend a specific amount of time you should invest.
Stick to one sensitivity. Pick one you like.
