I usually get turkey, lettuce, tomato, avocado, mayonaise, onions, salt, and pepper, on a toasted baguette or a panini pressed frenchroll. I usually don't get cheese, but I'll occasionally put provolone on it. Really good.
If I want to switch it up, I'll get a hot pastrami sandwich with everything on it.

Another possible solution is just do mp_roundrestart 1 and it will put you back to your respective spawn. This won't restart the timer. I'm naming the command off the top of my head and it's very possible it's incorrect, or something similar. Hope this helps.
