Dave_It's not an issue with your settings; apparently it's a faulty LCD panel. You know you have it when you look at the picture and it seems to "flicker" or move.
If you scroll down and get still issue though it's not a faulty LCD panel. It's completely normal because the human eye is sluggish.

What interp is the best?

Even though this is a thread about interp I'm just gonna ask here instead of making a new thread since it's about net settings too.
What do you guys think about cl_smooth? Because I recently enabled it and I have to say I haven't really noticed a difference. If I'm not mistaken it corrects predictions errors caused by lag and will then use a server side prediction right?

I know that opinions exist but I see way too many high lvl 6s players who are just shitting on hl whenever they can. If you don't like hl it's alright but I hate ppl who shit on hl everytime they get the oportunity to do so.
