The clean tf2 had a file which made them almost invisible iirc

I was just playing tf2 and the audio got really wierd and the game started lagging. The sound was like "reeeeee" and my frames dropped.
So I restarded the game and it happened again when I was only on the main menu, it messed with my spotify sound as well, made it sound like someone was dragging a fork through the song.
Please help :(
The blue screen when the game first opens up and when you press the quit button there is a blue screen, how do you get rid of it? Sorry if it's a repetative question

Whenever I record a replay, then go to watch/edit it, it plays a video of the game I played at super speed. It can't be paused or skipped.

But I know realize that the hitsound does actually but the volume for it is really low. The game won't let me change it above tf_dingalingaling_volume 1.0000
Any way to turn it up?
I have put the hitsound.wav in tf>custom>mycustomfolder>sound>ui but it still doesn't work.
In console I have enabled tf_dingalingaling 1 but it still won't work. I even typed "play hitsound" into console, to that it says hitsound.wav file is missing from directory.
