GentlemanJonADD medicine has recently been shown to improve Chess performance by about 15%, but caffeine also improves it by about 10%. The effect manifests itself in slowing players down, not sure how beneficial that is in TF2, but maybe the new meta is really defined by everyone trying to get that Adderall edge.
By slowing players down do you mean speeding up how fast they process info and therefor making it seem as if the world around them is slowed down? I mean since aderall and caffeine don't exactly slow down the user.
But what aderall does do to people who don't have ADD or anything like that is shorten the time it takes their brains to process things. Aderall is a lot like speed, only speed is more aimed at giving energy. And it can really mess with your ability to concentrate as it can make your eyes shake. And aderall is designed to enhance concentration.

It depends on what class you're playing against, but with scouts you should move predictably/strafe normally but switch up your movement just when they're about to shoot. Against soldiers you can really tro to mind game them. I wouldn't be able to tell you how to be good at that though

Also I thought the prec one was broken?
nopedegu"prec_delete_useless_demo" = "0" min. 0.000000 max. 1.000000that doesn't help people who don't use those settings (eg if you don't want to run the risk of getting banned from your league if a match demo gets deleted) so there's no need to be a massive ass when someone's made a helpful tool for the community

(Feedback Wanted) Video Recording Preferences

Do you know source recording tool? That allows you to add and use your own configs and custom stuff (like no explosion smoke script, cfgs with different crosshairs for different classes, different huds) and it had a schelduled recording option where it would record automatically after you put in the demonames and tics. Those are so amazing so pls add that if it's possible!
