nixnytewhile the advantage might be of a different magnitude, it's the same principle of colorblind mode putting a jarate icon above their head vs just dousing them in piss. it's a feature that came with the game and i think it's fine to take advantage of it

I should clarify that I made this thread because my friend in mumble was saying how its unfair because it gives an advantage over people who don't use it. I think it's comparable to a HUD with bigger damage numbers or better targetids, just a better way of giving information that you could pretty much already have.
The argument against this was that the 'range is too large' and you get the information for practically free, without peeking. It was also brought up that you shouldn't have to download something to be better than another player (but again, this is kinda similar to what huds are).
I'm just curious to see what people think because 32hz was too afraid to make this thread himself
