with the right amount of heals and coordination with the pocket, he can work really well in a team. He listens to constructive criticism and takes it to heart, doesn't chase stupid frags but needs guidance from a maincaller in certain situations. He can handle taking a kritz play really nicely and does his job.

Lajo12345i think my team will agree, this picture sums up our season/team status at the momment. lol we are a newbie mix team, have yet to win a match. safe to say i will never be newbie-mixing again, the way it was thrown together last minute was pretty shite.
Yo to be fair I don't think this was entirely newbie mixes fault. It was their first time doing this and other teams have done well so I don't think it's fair to throw newbie under the bus when they put everything together for us.
(Former demo for the team Marxist mentored) I think that the experience I gained was invaluable although I was one of the worse members on the team. I think I got a decent grasp on what Open is and without newbie mixes I would've never jumped into 6's.
I do plan to play next season once I've gotten a bit better by using the off-season to learn more. Although I do think that experience should be a much bigger factor in putting teams together next season. But I don't think that would've helped some of the personality clashing we had on the team.

Yesterday I got invited into http://steamcommunity.com/groups/fragsnfunpugs which is run by you. But before that I was invited into http://steamcommunity.com/groups/na6spugs and now you've already scrapped this?
Oh and the NA6spugs have the same mumble as the FragsNFunPugs, but when I showed up yesterday because you made an announcement you were deafened and muted so I just went and made PAN pugs and left.
You could at least stay with one project for more than 2 weeks at a time.
