Be honest; I think most people go a month max, average about a week or have given up altogether.
If u somehow manage to stick to it, how did u do that?
Bonus question: What new years resolutions would u suggest to others?

TobThere's more options moving your bed around, but these are 2 main ideas that are likely practical with the context you've given so far. Obv I'd go with option 2 in the album. option 1 will not help the prison cell feeling
https://imgur.com/a/CCazgrW
I like the idea of the shelves and small lights from Option 2, I will look into incorporating those in the future.
The main design that's been suggested to me that I like the most is a loft bed above the closet door - but I'm thinking of having the bed above Harry Potter. That door is only 1.8m in height, which gives me plenty of leg room and head height to sleep up there. Plus it ensures I don't have my legs near the off-centered light bulb:
Tobwhat does harry potter look like?
idk the room designer. Is it a shareable web app so we can reposition things?
Minimalism might be what you want, but not what you need this room to be.
A bedroom is also a living space if you share your living room with other ppl.
It's your private space so make it something you can also just "exist" in.
It serves more purpose than the functionality role minimalists strive for, despite its limited space
My main ideas (pending context)
- Limited space? Add vertical storage. shelves, stacking bins Perhaps now you can place some smaller lights if you only have 1 shitty main light without dimming options, maybe a couple plants will look nice
- Your closet is too small. Let's look at options for harry potter
- I'm consider a possible rotation for the bed but I want to figure out other stuff first (I'll use paint later or if the option is there I will use a similar designer)
Harry Potter is basically storage and my mom's second wardrobe of old stuff - so I can only use my closet for my clothes rn.
The smaller lights is a good idea, I have a really shitty yellow light that isn't even centered - the builders did such a shit job they couldn't drill past some thick ceiling so they put it off-center. I'll take pics of both HP and lights soon so u see how bad it really is.
Here is a copy of the floor plan. I would make a copy first because I think this is a shareable link that anyone can see but not edit
Feel free to go wild, every night feels like a prison cell and it's not getting any better
hpqoeuPut computer in closet
Idk about this one boss
lethwhat is harry potter
Under the loft's stairs
I need help redesigning my decade old room.
LF a minimalist, space efficient design. Will look into buying a new bed frame and desk to accomadate the Phanteks NV9 case, two 27" monitors + ample mouse and keyboard space.
My windows faces WSW if that helps with natural light.
Edit: Feel free to make a copy and edit here:

My room height is 2.75m for any bunk-bed ideas
Can I have 4 demos and 2 medics? It's allowed in casual after all

Here's my list: https://uk.pcpartpicker.com/list/Y433gB
I threw in an extra 2TB M.2 SSD because trust me you will run out of storage a lot sooner than you'd expect. I changed the cooler to one that is pretty much best in its class, and I added some case fans because this is a themed build and what is a themed build if you're only gonna use the 2 rinky dink fans that come with your case?
I kinda like how the PH-F140D30 fans are like (the ones showcased with the case) but I don't like the aio that has one of them attached. Can I replace the fans on an aio like the NZXT kraken elite with these phanteks fans (with the same sized fans ofc)
My gpu died :( That was the final nail in the coffin. Even when I was playing, during pugs/scrims my internet would drop or I would have to do something for someone irl. So sad.
Just out of curiosity, who is the invite/plat medic main that's been helping you?
In any case, make an RGL account if u haven't already and check out their resources to get into a team
I need good sleep, a pillow and a blanket.
I'll look up guides on better sleep soon.
A flat pillow sound nice; I like to sleep on my back.
Sometimes I sleep on my sides, so should I get medium plump?
Regardless, a cold pillow is required.
For my blanket, I just want it large enough for my single bed, larger than my current one.
Any suggestions on getting better sleep / good bedding?
I would like your feedback on this pcpartpicker build I've made. Haven't had much experience in any of this, but my requirements are:
- The Phanteks NV9
- 7800x3d CPU
- 240hz @ 1440p Curved monitor
- As many things white (RGB or non-RGB)
Here are some notes I need help with:
AIO cooler: Need help with this one, idk anything about this stuff but I want a white one. Maybe use the Glacier one 420D30 Idk what the difference is
Fans: Same here, would like the same type from the AIO. If I go with the suggested link above, then pair it with the D30-140 / D30-120
PSU: I would like a 80+ Titanium for the efficiency alone; the quieter this build can get the better
Any other suggestions welcome
