that config is rly outdated tho, my arrow key binds are still there but also WASD works too and I've been using WASD since just a bit before i49. this should be my latest cfg + hud http://bit.ly/2eJL1Xk
using arrow keys means i never accidentally go the wrong way
sendPhoenix21overwatch is not a hard gamependaI guess he didn't consider himself a pro tf2 player? He played for Awsomniac didn't he? Pretty cool he's found success in overwatch.it wasn't his proffesion, it was a hobby.
the level in tf2 is if you played the game long enough you will be at the highest tier, so he probably enjoyed playing it and after a while got into prem.
in overwatch to be at the top requires much more, because if you don't practice enough, someone else will take your spot because there is a lot on stake.
high level OW is hard just like any other competitive game at a high level, don't be naive
just playing a pug here and then is a lot more fun tbh, it makes the times i had to tryhard look like such a chore. saying that, i'm glad i got super into tf2 when i was quite young (and in college) when my time wasn't as important, and that i got good then and kinda kept that without having to play nearly as much.
tl;dr i think playing less but enjoying it more is a lot better than the other way round in terms of improving, i think i58 was my best LAN and part of that was cause i just really enjoyed playing and didn't overplay/practice for it
(its 2am and this post may be confusing tbh)
sry for the delay lul i forgot )
EoNAdebisiWhen I say top, I mean like comparable to these players I am mentioning.mike played demo for ayogurl in season 16 (?) and had outrageous dpm
I haven't really seen Mike play much of those classes tbf.
it triggers me ppl saying others are more versatile just cause i never had a good opportunity to play demo in a top team @ lan
COME TO LAN TO PLAY ONLINE LUL
WARHURYEAHIf you haven't seen it, another promising mouse from the depths has arrived:
http://shop.nixeus.com/product-p/rev-bkwh16.htm
I got mine today, it's very impressive, solid build quality, excellent performance all around.
It's worth looking into if you're in the market for a new professional supreme gaming mouse for professional e-sport enthusiasts.
idk if i'm a noob with this stuff but how did you get it? it says U.S. shipping only?
clckwrkTo say a hotel will kick you out is complete and utter bullshit
its literally not
adysky yeah so you got 1000e for winning a qualifier, you got event tickets for free AND you got around 1000e for splitting the prize money with nameless. so you had around 330 euros each to only pay for hotel which wasnt needed because you could sleep at the event + travel. Im pretty sure you didnt need to pay THAT much from your own pocket.
yeah so we haven't got the prize money for dhs and we used the dhs qualifier money to go to dhs.....
Hank94are people not working or what??
we are professional gamers?
SideshowMike will carry on playing for Perilous rather than committing to Overwatch as his passion was reinvigorated at DHS.
alle is in Lisbon this week so cannot play demo for the team.
Current plans are to get Mike to play demoman and find a roamer merc. Stay tuned.
more also that I just didn't have the time to play OW that much 7 days a week and would rather go outside and shit, and it's still fun to play with these guys :)
