like snowblind said asiafortress mostly speaks english in the community, seeing as it encompasses a lot of different countries that speak different languages, just like etf2l

Will this have an effect on plugins/huds?
Counter-Strike: Source, Day of Defeat: Source, Half-Life 2: Deathmatch, and Team Fortress 2 will soon traverse over to the steamapps/common section of your Steam folder instead of the older steamapps/[username] destination. The conversion is automatic: Valve says you’ll need enough disk space “for about two full copies of the game” as it changes over.
Not to put down immediate expansion into other scenes - but I think language barriers will be a bit of a tough spot to overcome. And that's as far as casters, and posting in the forums. Why would they want to join Tf.tv if they can't even communicate with the majority of the audience here? Maybe something like specific subforums for specific languages? Just tossing some possible objections out there. I'm all for a global tf.tv.
