I can get my 1600X to 4.1ghz at 1.42 volts, might update at a later date.
I have an MSI Optix G24C, cost me 170. Should be similar for you. It's a pretty great monitor, smooth responsive and good looking. It also doesn't wobble and is very solid in build quality, a rarity for cheap 1080p144 monitors. The freesync window (90 to 144) is a bit weird, and there is no adjustable height (I put my graphics card box underneath it), but for the price you can't complain. Check if it's available to you.
cant wait to have my 133 dpm broadcasted to the world
