Scrims are generally voluntary activities so I don't see why anyone should be banned when they will eventually be filtered out by teams not scrimming against toxic idiots.
The only thing I believe should be bannable is a sustained history of targeted harassment which generally will never happen in the space of a single scrim.

When my class took a trip to Japan,one of my classmates got really close with one of the host students (hanging out together all the time, generally being inseparable, etc). There were even tears when we had to leave.
