It's not happening as of now since I restarted it yesterday, but it does show a red spike like in this image I found searching for solutions https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=183787417 just bigger nothing else ever really changed when I looked at it in the past. It definetly is an internet issue it happens on any server and any online game.

No I play on ethernet on my computer. I will play on wifi from time to time on my switch but testing shows I get that disconnection error on both wifi/ethernet playing Mario Kart.

When I play games online, this weird lag happens where I and everything else will freeze in place for anywhere from 2 to at worst 10 seconds, and then it'll teleport me to a random direction. To other players, it looks like I'm either standing in place or walking in one direction. It only goes away when I reset my router, but will come back another day.

When I play Mario Kart online it'll just disconnect me and give me a error message so there's that too.

my name's raygun, and I want to play in open (if the no fees thing is still a thing next season) I play scout and can pocket soldier. I have a good amount of exp playing from pugs on either class and want to play to gain the experience and improve on my strongest classes and scrim a couple of times, I live in west coast and can usually play whenever but except Saturdays.

EDIT: Testing with net_graph shows in DM servers I get massive choke up to 8 and loss up to 5. I have normal ping. I also use mastercomfig 5.12.0 as it works the best for me

Had improved a lot from tf2Cancerpatient days. Never heard him tilt, and has solid DM on pocket. I think it's wierd to be that much more dedicated to HL but hey he's still a good player.

help. My game will randomly "Choke" and freeze me in place and then put me back to where I was originally a second ago. I've been told that it's because I'm losing packets so I've tried to set my interp and interp_ratio to whatever it tells me the best is to protect against it in the config. But it remains the same. It gets to the point where it will last from 1-5 second(s) and it makes people invisible forcing me to frequently record demos. This happens with any config and my ISP is AT&T UVERSE if that is the problem. This only happens when on a server and spikes the values in the net_graph bar to 1000+ when it happens.
