idk i've always been a fan of most of seven but that kaptain dude is just aids

people have this twisted view that people are religious by choice. there's no actual evidence of that being case, so trying to hold people acccountable for what their religion represents rather than their actions and expressed belief is inherently polarising and ultimately futile

that being said islam is a religion of many horrible ideas and its represented by a lot of people with horrible ideas. that fact's unescapable, though perhaps not as vital to putting an end to the violence as people often suggest.

Studying a five-year programme in psychology, if I go I'll be doing psychopathology, sociology, social psychology and organisational psychology in Canada. Thanks for all the insight!

is the description of it being a multicultural and international city an accurate one?

currently applying for a semester of exchange, and planning on making my first choice mcgill. thing is, while both the uni and city appeal to me, i know little about them.

i figured "tftv is smart and wise and partly canadian, maybe i should ask them". so here i go: anyone have any experience with mcgill or the city of montreal for a student?

its already been established that they're not forcing anyone to use certain pronouns. and even if they did, the argument that they're "made up" ignores the fact that these concepts are (to an extent) very real. gender identity is very much a real thing and it makes sense to find words that appropriately describe these peoples' experience. in reality though, what this means is sometimes using a gender neutral pronoun (which is convenient in general as we often talk about people whos gender is unknown). it's really no that major of an infringement on your rights as you making it out to be

every side of this is dumb. not calling someone by their preferred pronoun is pretty rude (welcome to the real world) but making it illegal to be rude is absolutely ridiculous.

tbh nico was definitely #1 at scout mge for a long time. if you saw the game vs nukkye on whiskas you'd know how much of a retard he played like on that map. in mge nico was significantly better than basically everyone
