#1 Scout LFT Low 6v6 in Recruitment (looking for team)

Hi Everyone,
I'm looking to possibly play scout for a low tier team. I've been playing TF2 for a while now and I want to improve in competitive TF2. I would say I am a 6 or a 6 1/2 out of 10 but I would like to improve so I can be a 8 or 9 by the end of the season I want to work hard and Win. I have been Pubbing for about 1 year. I hope that whatever team I get on can help improve me as a player and as a person and I hope that in the process I can help others.
